LET'S TALK ABOUT THE PROBLEM.

Something in your IT environment should work better?
Tell us what it is.

Maybe a migration is more complicated than expected. Maybe your team spends too much time on repetitive work. Maybe you need specialist engineering support. Maybe there is an application you cannot find an effective off-the-shelf solution for.

You do not need to arrive with a complete specification. Start with the problem.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Common questions before starting a conversation.

What does Unified360 AB do?

Unified360 helps businesses improve enterprise IT through digital workplace engineering, endpoint management, automation, applied AI and application development.

Can Unified360 work with our existing IT team?

Yes. Engagements can be designed around your internal capabilities and existing suppliers. The scope and responsibilities should be agreed before delivery.

Does Unified360 specialise in Microsoft Intune?

Microsoft Intune and endpoint management are important areas of our digital workplace offering. We also support relevant macOS and Apple management scenarios, depending on the environment and agreed scope.

Can you help with a migration from another MDM platform to Intune?

We can assess the current environment, application requirements, configurations, dependencies and rollout needs, then define an appropriate migration approach. The exact scope depends on the platforms and environment involved.

Can you automate our existing IT support processes?

Potentially. We first assess the process, frequency, stability, dependencies and risks. Depending on the task, the right solution may be scripting, workflow automation, integration or AI-assisted processing.

Do we need AI to automate IT operations?

No. Many tasks are better handled through conventional automation. We recommend AI where it provides a useful capability that simpler approaches cannot provide as effectively.

Can you develop custom business applications?

Yes. Unified360 offers application engineering for appropriate web, mobile, enterprise and AI-enabled use cases. Scope, architecture and commercial terms are agreed for each project.

How do we get started?

Contact us with a description of the problem, the relevant environment and the outcome you want to achieve. We can then discuss whether an assessment, focused engineering assignment or larger engagement is appropriate.

Do you offer fixed-price projects?

Fixed-price work may be suitable when requirements, dependencies and deliverables are sufficiently clear. Where uncertainty is higher, a scoped discovery phase or another agreed engagement model may be more appropriate.

How do you measure success?

Success measures depend on the problem. They may include reduced manual effort, fewer recurring incidents, more reliable deployments, improved process consistency, shorter delivery cycles or reduced operational complexity. Targets should be agreed before implementation.
